Entre Palmeras Restaurant
Our restaurant on the first floor is closed due to renovation, you can book a table in our rooftop restaurant. We still do Sunday Roast every Sunday. The restaurant will reopen on 1 June. 

From our farms, seas, oceans, rivers, forests and fields to your plate. Our philosophy is based on Andalusian products with respect for Andalusian cuisine with a mix of modern Western European cuisine. We believe that the taste of each product and each ingredient is wonderful in itself, and using the right cooking technique will bring the taste to a high level.

Our chef is constantly thinking of new creations on the plate to impress you, and our kitchen is always looking for new solutions to discover new flavors. Based on the wonderful products from the area, we compose flavors that are unusual and that you will hopefully remember long after visiting us. A combination of different cousins ​​and techniques with seasonal ingredients makes our dishes unique.

Entre Palmeras is a family - a crazy family of people who are passionate about good food, unique drinks and having a good time. We are the luckiest people in the world because we get to do what we love every day, which is meeting people, giving them exceptional experience and making them laugh.

The restaurant is cosy, inviting and charming. The entire interior is arranged in a tasteful boho style with animal accents. Elegance and warmth give you a feeling of being appreciated while dining with friends, family, business partners or a date. We want to host you as this is our home. Our always smiling staff are people who want to take care of you. Friendly, professional and with great knowledge of their profession. Head Chef Jozef Riska

Jozef Riska, an accomplished chef from Slovakia, is the mastermind behind our exceptional culinary experience. With nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Riska´s journey began in London, where he honed his skills and worked his way up through various roles in professional kitchens. Eventually he became head chef at some of Bratislava's finest hotels and restaurants. Riska is also the founder of an outdoor fine dining project and a respected teacher at Slovakia's most famous cookery.

Every Sunday between 13:00 and 15:00

we organize Sunday Roast where you can enjoy great meat of the highest quality, accompanied by a selection of fresh salads and delish  side dishes. Our head chef Jozef Riska will be showcasing his culinary skills right in front of you, adding an extra touch of delight to your dining experience.  The price of the Sunday Roast includes a beverage package with an open bar for beer, wine and water.
