Head Chef Jozef Riska
Jozef Riska, an accomplished chef from Slovakia, is the mastermind behind our exceptional culinary experience. With nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Riska´s journey began in London, where he honed his skills and worked his way up through various roles in professional kitchens. Eventually he became head chef at some of Bratislava's finest hotels and restaurants. Riska is also the founder of an outdoor fine dining project and a respected teacher at Slovakia's most famous cookery.

SUNDAY ROAST
Every Sunday between 13:00 and 15:00
we organize Sunday Roast where you can enjoy great meat of the highest quality, accompanied by a selection of fresh salads and delish side dishes. Our head chef Jozef Riska will be showcasing his culinary skills right in front of you, adding an extra touch of delight to your dining experience. The price of the Sunday Roast includes a beverage package with an open bar for beer, wine and water.
